The staffs are very friendly and cooperative. I was attending at friends marriage and got a chance to stay at this hotel where I was given a good hospitality.

I request everyone who is watching this feedback 1-poor cleaning 2. Bathroom jet is not working flush is not working 3.Staff is very rude 4-Not book in future

Location - good Food - average (as limited food is being offered like thali (or limited to Rs 350/- worth food) which is not indicated while booking Amenities - Average Services - Average

This is over priced hotel, rooms are very small compared to price room service is not so active. Initially basic facilities was not in the i have to ask for everything. I will not recommend to anyone this hotel. Also i want to add one more thing i have booked hotel emarald for today but they don't have gym or spa at hotel so kindly remove this amenities from the hotel as sometimes customer get harassed for this that y i need to cancel.

Furniture in room was very dirty room service was very very bad extra bed was given to sleep on the ground entrance stairs into hotel was very dirty. It was packed with discarded cartons we will not recommend this hotel to anyone

Nice room and amenities and decent food. A bit far from the centre of the city and prime locations but still convenient and commute is easy.
